The double sided Centrepiece extends also to the Lord's Prayer Charms which is a double sided round medal featuring St Bernadette and Virgin Mary.

The round intricate Centrepiece features the 'Apparition of Our Lady With St Bernadette' and the back part of the centrepiece holds a little capsule containing from water the Lourdes, France.
